Your card expires every 2 years but all you need to do to reactivate it is contact your local LINC and confirm your contact details. If you do not use your card for 3 years, it will be deleted off the system and you will need to rejoin.

What if my library card is lost or stolen?

Report your lost or stolen card as soon as possible so you will not incur any fines from others borrowing items using your card. There is a fee for a replacement library card.

Why am I getting a message saying ‘login failed’ when I access my account?
