Let us help you to get ready, set and go - discovering your skills and developing confidence. Includes building self esteem, speaking with confidence, first aid, self promotion and much more.
Two days a week for 7 weeks
- I'm Moving On Up (Partially accredited)
For those that find it hard to sustain regular study, particularly people that may have a mental health condition. This program looks at motivation, advocacy and support options to help people stay on the learning path.
