Anyone can access LINC Tasmania online or at our 97 physical LINCs, Libraries and Online Access Centres statewide.
The Virtual LINC gives Tasmanians access to online information resources and services.
Most LINC Tasmania services are free but minimal fees are charged for some services to cover costs.
You need a membership card to borrow library items (including eBooks, hard copy books, DVDs, large print books and audio books)and to access many online reference resources. A LINC membership card can be collected for free at any LINC when you show 3 pieces of ID and proof of Tasmanian residency. You do not need to be a LINC Tasmania member to use most other LINC services.
